Dr. Tiffany Gherardi, a Colorado native, earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado in 2013. Upon moving to Albuquerque, NM with her husband in 2014, she has served as a clinical instructor for the University of New Mexico’s Department of Physical Therapy, as well as adjunct faculty in 2019. She has served as an instructor for the UNM Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Residency Program since 2021. She is among the top 5% of physical therapists in NM who hold a Board Certification in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy, demonstrating advanced knowledge, clinical expertise, and a high level of specialization in the field.
With extensive experience working with Division I athletes and athletes across a wide range of sports, Tiffany understands what it takes to help people recover, perform, and stay at the top of their game. As a former Level 10 gymnast, she knows firsthand the physical and mental demands of high-level athletics—and the importance of proper and thorough rehabilitation following an injury. She believes that effective recovery is about more than simply treating an injury; it’s about restoring function, building resilience, and creating a foundation for long-term health and performance.
Recovery, optimal health, functional nutrition, and thoughtful supplementation when needed are priorities that Tiffany incorporates into both her professional approach and her own personal life. Her goal is to help every individual feel stronger, move better, and perform at their highest potential.
